Isco Absent Against Chile

Real Madrid midfielder, Isco, was not going to strengthen the Spanish national team during a test match against Chile, Tuesday (09/10/2013), because it has not recovered from an ankle injury.


Isco injury was obtained when following the training session with Spain, Tuesday (03/09/2013). Isco also previously been pulled over in the 2014 World Cup qualifying match when Spain beat Finland 2-0 in Helsinki Olympiastadion on Friday (09/06/2013).

As reported by AS, Isco can actually be included in the squad for Spain against Chile. However, Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque, not willing to take risks and prefer to repatriate Isco to Madrid to undergo further therapy with Los Galacticos team doctor.

Isco so far have shown very promising performance. After bringing Spain U-23 won the European Cup in early July, he was immediately merges with Madrid squad after being purchased from Malaga in the transfer market this summer.

Isco injury was a blow for individual Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti. Understandably, before Ancelotti also received some bad news for one of its flagship defender, Marcelo, clutching an injury playing for Brazil in the test match against Australia.
